I think it's good to relax a little and not feel guilty about it. There is TOO much, but there are times I do the same thing. Mainly because seasonal changes in programs and what I like to watch comes on certain times of the year. So we can call it a bit lazy or addictive if we want too, but I don't watch TV year round like that so I don't feel guilty when there is finally something on that I want to see.
I don't know that I would call it addicted after 4 days, but if that's all you want to do day in and out for weeks on end, you might have to jump start yourself into something more productive.

I don't watch movies like a marathon I get backaches for sitting too long, so I tend to move around doing household chores after watching a movie and that's it. Try to do something else, off the tv and remove the plug
