I did my laundry and other household chores over Thursday and Friday which are my days-off. Weekends, I'm in the office 'working'.

Years ago we just had a bucket and no washing machine. Its very hard work washing jeans by hand. I do a lot of gardening work by hand. That's also hard work.

we use the washing machine, but sometimes i think about going to the laundromat to save time and energy. there are many in our neighborhood now.
