Think.. Before Speak

So it won't just be a gossip... Or fake news Or that can misunderstanding us. As it stated we should think before we speak what is lingering in our thought. If we think it first, we will realize if it will bring better impact to the people or can chaos or trigger quarrel among us. Sometimes we are careless to what we speak because we just utter it without even thinking if it hurt feelings of the receiver. Think... before we speak. Photo is mine

Yes, we should all do that. Sometimes it is very hard to do though with certain people, because they are very good at pushing our buttons.

@hereandthere sometimes its hard to do this but if we can do this practice we can avoid such stress

i used to see signs on the road that says the four-way test that says 1. is it the truth? 2. is it fair to all concerned? 3. will it build goodwill and better friendships? 4. will it be beneficial to all concerned? i learned later on it was from the rotary club.

You are very right and I wish there were times I would not put my foot in my mouth, but, after it gets out there it is gone. I feel bad afterwards unless the person deserved what I said.

True. If you were to say something and you know its nothing good and helpful, then might as well keep it yourself.
