Cool Weather

Most of the time, when the weather is cool, i do wear my plover and some times will even be hidden in the room especially when it is in the night. But some times, you can see some one in that cool whether not even wearing a shirt or anything on top and when ask, they will say i don't feel any cold in my body. So i do ask my self, are these people in their good health condition? Have you ever experience it?

It's not that cold here. No snow fall either .

Yes, I'm cold so dress in much warmer clothes. While others are walking around, like it's hot outdoors in flip-flop sandals and no shirts on!(men)
