The other day; I responded on somebodies discussions that my mother made muscadine jelly. She asked me what muscadines were. I will try to explain what muscadines are in this discussion. Muscadines belong to the grape family. They grow on a vine just like the grape does. They look and taste just like a grape. People uses muscadines for different things, People like to make wine or jelly with them. People also likes to eat them raw. Have you ever used muscadines before.

To be frank, I've never heard of "muscadines" either! But I do like grapes, so they sound delicious... I'm not quite sure I know anything about them... where they grow, how they're grown, or even where to purchase them. I'm intrigued! Thank you for sharing! -Mr. Anomaly

They can be grown anywhere that grapes can grow. It just like having a grape vine in your garden. You can see if Amazon has either the muscadines or the vines.

@Scrapper88 Good to know! I want to see if I can purchase some of that jelly sometime, I've been in need of some for my pb&j sandwiches... I had a jar of grape jelly in the fridge but had to throw it out... I didn't even buy it very long ago, but I opened it up and it was moldy

This is the first I hear of the name... Even if I saw it before, I probably just thought of it as grapes given your description about them... Very interesting...
