Hey work out everyday. Even jogging every morning can burn cholesterol up to 25-30%. Drink plenty of water. ITs a matter of discipline. Many medicinal intake that can help you reduce too. But from time to time you will discharge. Through poofs and urination fats will come out. Its a covenant between you and reducing can help these things work out!

go on a diet that reduces the amount of ur favorite foods u like not eliminating them all together reduce ur fat intake and also drink alot of water and most effectivly EXERCISE

You can jog in the morning and evening, where u can see a great change. Avoid oily items and take more fresh fruit juices than Solid foods
