What shall i do to reduce some weight

Well what shall i do to reduce weight i dont get much time to workout as in office busy and even i cant leave food and no dieting also can you suggest me some other way to reduce some weight

Hey work out everyday. Even jogging every morning can burn cholesterol up to 25-30%. Drink plenty of water. ITs a matter of discipline. Many medicinal intake that can help you reduce too. But from time to time you will discharge. Through poofs and urination fats will come out. Its a covenant between you and reducing can help these things work out!

go on a diet that reduces the amount of ur favorite foods u like not eliminating them all together reduce ur fat intake and also drink alot of water and most effectivly EXERCISE

I would suggest that you visit a site sparkpeople.com. My husband did it for ahile and lost 20 pounds in 1 month. I highly recommend it. It was free to join and it kept him motivated. Good luck.

You can jog in the morning and evening, where u can see a great change. Avoid oily items and take more fresh fruit juices than Solid foods

well u have to do diet as it helps me also to lose weight
