Always So Close – But It Never Happens

On MyLot so many people talk about goals, earning, and how much they need to make pay out. I normally don’t pay much attention to this when I am here. I am too busy playing catch up to look at my earnings. I know they sit there at the top of my page, but what attracts my attention most is the notifications, discussions, and what is happening on the site.
I read a few posts about people earning over a dollar in a day. Wow, that is amazing to me. So today I decided to look at my daily earning on the site. I am sad to report I have never made it over a dollar in one day. I can say I have come close, but never seem to make it. I guess I am not one of the lucky ones.
Are you excited when you can earn over a dollar a day on MyLot? I would be, too bad it never happens for me. Close, but no bananas here for me.

I have at least once that I can remember, but I was ill and in bed, and all I did was myLot my day away. I do enjoy being here and love my friends, but I do have a busy life and can't sit in a chair almost all day trying to make a dollar. Lol!

Dollar from discussions. Blink...not able to achieve that as yet..lol. But as far as I am concerned, that will destroy the beauty of this site for me. On Bubblews it was fine. There were few "interactions" out there. Here, we interact and have fun. Fun earns monies and fun has other health benefits like making me relax. That helps to lower blood pressure, for which I don't pay anything to a physician or medical store. Nor do I spend to travel. Ha ha..lots of earnings there though not directly in my PayPal. And I am not taxed for these earnings...lol

You are so right. If you come here to push and push just to earn a dollar it will destroy the fun of the site. I just go with the flow and see what happens. It is a fun site and I spend what I can here and if I don't have time the site will be here tomorrow. I just have to play catch up that is all.

When I first came here in 2015 I wanted to see what it would take to make a dollar in a day. Man it was way too much work and I didn't make it. I gave up because I had too many things to do. I did read one post a person made 1.30 but they were on here 14 hours. Now that is a long time to work on the site to earn that money. I think it is more fun now and then and just let the pennies add up.

I've never reached $1 on MyLot, in one day. Spending too much time online, I neglect other things that are far more important. People here are really great to know, I like to hear how they're doing. But, making a little extra cash is more of a challenge to me, reaching a goal of some sort. It makes this site more fun, even though I'm most generally, not a competitive person.

It is also called time and having a lot of other stuff to do. I don't have all the time in the world to invest here in order to do this. I get what I get and just go on. It is more a fun site for me than working on goals to earn a dollar a day on the site.

When the site first opened I was making at least a dollar or more a day. The money was good. As time went on, I noticed my earnings going downhill. Then the site stopped paying. Many of my friends left the site and I did as well.
After coming back I was happy to see that they offered earnings again. Even though they are slow, they are better than nothing. I spend more time here than on Facebook.

I am least bothered about my earnings, when I am on mylot. I know that I do not have this much time to make one Dollars in a day and I do not set such difficult/unrealistic targets for myself. I just enjoy myself here and love to interact with fellow mylotters.

Never made a $1 in a day here in the site. The closest I have made was 77 cents. It would be great if I could earn that much in a day here in the site but I need to ramp up my activity here.

@Tina30219 I normally get around 12 to 20 if I am lucky. I just have fun and there are so many good people here it doesn't matter to me one way or the other.

I come here when I can and what is most important is reading my notifications, checking the discussion that are new from people I follow, and if I have time seeing what new discussions come in and what is on the top. I don't pay attention to t he money and I have never once made a goal for this site. I just don't have the time to do this. I like it here because it is fun and I get to meet people from around the world. I enjoy this so much more than worrying about how much I have earned.

This is excellent and it does take a lot of work and time to do this. I write a discussion and most the time I can get between 15 to 20 comments when I am lucky. This one is higher for some reason. Normally I never get this many comments.

@nanette64 Sounds familiar. But if I came here for money I would sure be broke. I just come here for fun. I would need to spend around 10+ hours a day in order to make a small amount of money on this site. I can't see myself doing this one.

@just4him I saw it today. I am so glad that you had time to do this one. I see we have some new people who want to join us. Thanks for doing this and I am glad. I found the trip on 3 of my discussions now and it is good to have it all go on one. This will be better for us.

@poehere I try to write two or three. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. There have been days when the only post is my Bible Study post. I feel bad then, because I didn't write something a lot of people comment on, not that I'm complaining about the Bible Study post. I'm not. God manages that one.
I think I have all the names of those who accepted the invitation for the trip to Pegasus, so that one will be written soon.

It doesn't really excite me if i earn over a dollar here which i never do anyways. I just use this site for fun and something to do when I am bored and nothing going on. It's a bonus for when I do get paid but doesn't happen every month for me.

@poehere yeah some people they depend on this site for money but not me. I have a regular job outside of my home and i prefer that as I enjoy interacting with people. I do these online sites for something fun and a bonus cash when i do cash out

I spend what I can and some days that is not possible. Today it started to rain this afternoon so I came here to catch up on the last 3 days of not being here. So I know for a fact this won't happen anytime soon for me I am not on here enough.
