Can I wrote a song here? From my language I can translate it. But can I post it here? Im afraid if my account banned for this copy pesting work. So please tell me what can I do?

It`s ok no problem but make sure that you`re the one who composed it and translated in English. If you`re aiming to be a song writer..Why not join in a music production company? I think there are good companies who might give you some chance to share your talents
