Skipping meals has never and will never help you loose weight, you'll just gain more back since you will tend to be hungry. Try cutting down on the foods that you love having excess on. e.g instead of four slices of bread have two. Start from there and see how it goes....Lots of water also helps

@bernitah All the best, when you can add loads of fruits and veggies. It works for me when i'm a good gal in eating healthy :-)

Once you analyse the weight loss theory it is not at all difficult to lose weight. You don't need any medication or any special diet. Just eat less of what you eat and distribute it. Drink a glass of water 15 mins before every meal and keep walking whenever you get a chance, while speaking on the phone or in between breaks when you are watching tv. If you download any app that counts your steps and calories on to your phone and keep it tucked to your waist all the time you get an idea as to how many steps you take. Ideally 10000 steps or more helps you in losing weight. Once you have the app you will want to walk more each day , that's what happened to me and I am losing a little weight each week steadily.

I am working out on my body from last one month, i get different opinions from my colleague, some say i gained weight, some say i lost weight, i cant cut the food quantity becuase i couldnt get enough strength if i cut down, somebody suggest me to cut down belly

Drink a glass of warm water made with lemon in the morning and evining. Reduce the amount of cooking fat you use to cook food. Avoid deep fried foods. Cabbage helps you lose weight.
Engage in long walks.

Never skip a meal.Your body needs the foods for energy and to get something to burn.Also do not make the exercises too obvious your body will get bored and you wont see changes.

Concentrate on one of them and do it diligently, it will work, for example, exercise with some pressure

do more exercises. Run on a thread mill. It really makes a difference.

Appreciating yourself!! Take small meals regularly throughout the day, drink lots of water and just love yourself.
