My situation made me accepted a position far from my course and usually ended up being underestimated by my staff because for them I had it due to politics or recommendations but what they don`t know was I also did go to an application process and surprisingly they accepted me and was given the chance to prove myself. Well, I really do had a hard time staying in a company for long due to big opportunities that comes along and had me thinking that maybe I`ll not be underestimated but then it got broke and shutsdown

Stepping out of your comfort zone with only the trust in your ability to deliver is good I'd think

Work-life balance is tricky for most people depending on the kind of work one has and the hours, I'm probably looking for something more challenging.

The main one for me is physical effort required at this point.
With fibromyalgia, it's not always easy to do the things most people take for granted. Even something that's usually considered really simple like being a retail cashier or flipping burgers at a fast food restaurant can be tough because of the repetitive movements.
Other than that... mostly the benefits that the employer offers. Do they have a 401(k) plan with company matching? Paid vacation time? Tuition reimbursement? In other words, how much of an investment do they make in their employees' futures. That sort of thing is a really good indicator of the company's culture.

Yes, the benefits are a major concern on my end. It reaches a point and you realize money is good but the benefits need to be considered to.

But what if you reach a point that seems like you have "stagnated"

If the management made working conditions unpleasant, that would get me to make a change, even if I earned less money. Peace of mind is a healthy thing and health takes precedence over money in my life.

Happiness and what makes me fulfilled.I quit doing things that are not in line with what makes me happy or what i am passionate about.
