My lunch is over and now I have to go for tuition. I am a tutor and I walk to go for it. Its noon 2pm here and I will walk ten minutes only. Is walking after lunch is good for health? or it is not good for health. Suddenly this question appear in my mind, is there any health expert friend in mylot who can answer with logic? thanks in advance and good noon!

I don't know really but as per my opinion walking after lunch is bad for you because it might cause some pain in your stomach. You should have rested for 10 minutes before walking.

It is generally advised to walk 30 minutes after meals as it takes that much time for stomach to get empty

I am no expert, but advice I have seen for my medical conditions says a ten minute walk after every meal will really be good for you. Walk, but do not walk so fast you have a stitch in your side.
