Good day Mylotters!
Finally I made my first egg rolls! But honestly, it doesn't taste good. It's bland. I only put little salt in it.
but on the other side of it, I am happy that it didn't get messy like scrambled. I'm still able to made egg rolls in the end
I'm surely will make another egg roll next time better

I haven't tried putting cheese in the egg dishes I made. Is that how you make your egg rolls?

It looks good to me..Maybe you can just add some mushroom sauce or cheese to enhance the taste

Well, there's nothing much in the recipe. Just the eggs, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. You can add tomatoes if you like but be sure to minced it really small so that you wont have difficulty in rolling the egg while you cook.2 people like this

@renicemae it should actually be "correct practice make perfect" because if you practice and practice but keep on doing the same mistake again, it won't be perfect.

Hey, it is not bad for a novice chef like you. I couldn't make egg roll myself, a chef at home who had cooked for 20 years! Maybe you should add in chicken granules instead of salt.

Oh. I have not encountered restaurants here in the Philippines who sell egg rolls. Mostly are bioled eggs and sunny side ups

I thought of adding carrots too but I'm a bit hesitant by the time, not really sure how it will taste like so in the end, I didn't add carrots.
