Today is Moonlight member day, a bakery shop that usually sells $0.60 cents (RM 2.40) per bun.
There are a wide variety of buns sold in this bakery shop, chicken floss, red beans, ham, hotdog, cheese, garlic buns, peach, walnuts and wholewheat buns. These buns are great for tomorrow morning's breakfast or packed lunch for school. I had received the monthly SMS ( text message) reminder of the Member's Day offer held at different branches on different dates.
When I reached the bakery shop, it was packed with customers, holding tray with mountain of assorted buns. Luckily the queue at the cashier wasn't very long .
I am happy that I had bought 30 buns today. It is not a lot for 6 members in a family. Usually these freshly baked buns could last for 2 days if left in room temperature, 6 days if kept in the fridge.
Have you shop for cheap buns at the bakery?
