Lost my eye glasses

So I woke up this morning to put on my glasses and couldn't find them anywhere. Normally I put them on the counter in the kitchen and when I wake up I grab them from there and put them on. Well, this morning I woke up and they were nowhere to be found. I looked everywhere and poof they were gone. Thank God I had my spare new pair (identical) so now I am just wearing my new glasses. At least I have a pair lol.

I usually put my glasses in my shirt hang it to thw neck when not using it. One time I ride my motorcycle, somewhere and when I get back to the office my glasses is gone. So I have to go back to the optical shop to order a new set. I have to suffer with headache and everything for a week before I get the new one. I am using this new set of eyeglasses for a month now.

I also have a spare pair. But my first place to look for them are in my bed as I often fall asleep while watching TV.

My back-up pair have a big scratch across them so it would frustrate me to have to use those. I've been known to forget where my glasses are because I am not totally blind without them. I can see where I am going and such but if I were to look at something specific, I would then realize I don't have my glasses on. When I went to my mother's one day when she was sick in bed, she pulled her glasses out from under her pillow. It seems that's where she keeps them. I keep them on my bedside table... though I did jump into the shower once forgetting to take them off.
