In that case there is no need to blame yourself. Keep doing what you can. Hopefully you have a family that supports you. We have to remember that sexiness is about a lot more than what one looks like physically.

I would have a talk with your doctor about the weight gain and try to find more herbal ways to contain your medical problems @Diamondzglitter .

That's really hard but i think trying to stop yourself from negative thoughts and thinking good things like compliments could help. When a negative thought comes in about yourself try to cut it off and compliment yourself. I'm not sure if it'll work but it does for some people

I put on weight about five years ago after going through a family trauma. I guess it was anxiety and depression that caused it to happen but now I'm even more anxious and depressed because I'm heavier and feel less attractive. It's a constant battle to keep my weight down and I think it might always be this way from now on. I do try to be positive in my approach and to do exercises and stay active. I also look at a lot of Youtube videos about people who have it a lot worse than me so I can realise that my problems aren't as bad.
