Struggling with a weight problem is so taxing on your emotions. You feel like your not worthy, not sexy anymore, anxiety creeps up. How do you cope when your over weight because of health issues and not from eating junk?

I have fallen into this trap lately after losing 50 and now having gained it back. Try to get into an exercise routine. Once you have the routine down its so muche asier and helps with stress.

In that case there is no need to blame yourself. Keep doing what you can. Hopefully you have a family that supports you. We have to remember that sexiness is about a lot more than what one looks like physically.

I would have a talk with your doctor about the weight gain and try to find more herbal ways to contain your medical problems @Diamondzglitter .

That's really hard but i think trying to stop yourself from negative thoughts and thinking good things like compliments could help. When a negative thought comes in about yourself try to cut it off and compliment yourself. I'm not sure if it'll work but it does for some people

I put on weight about five years ago after going through a family trauma. I guess it was anxiety and depression that caused it to happen but now I'm even more anxious and depressed because I'm heavier and feel less attractive. It's a constant battle to keep my weight down and I think it might always be this way from now on. I do try to be positive in my approach and to do exercises and stay active. I also look at a lot of Youtube videos about people who have it a lot worse than me so I can realise that my problems aren't as bad.
