Should there be more gun laws?

I think there should be more gun laws only on the medical mental insane people. I also think that business that sell guns should be allowed access to check and see if that purchaser have any medical mental health issues. Then if their is any, the gun sellers should be restricted to selling guns to medical mental unstable people. What do you think?
