Didn't have to fix supper tonight

I have had a pretty busy day today. I started out with my PT appointment then had some errands to run. When I was done with them I met up with my daughter-in-law and we went grocery shopping then over to my sons place. I helped her put everything away and spent some good quality time with my granddaughter. When I was getting ready to leave my daughter-in-law gave me a container that had some pork roast, potatoes and carrots in it. Lucky me, I didn't have to fix supper tonight. It was very tasty.

I don't see them all that often but I do cherish the time I am able to spend with them. I live about 7 miles from them but I don't go over there that often. It is just me here at my place and I do most everything for myself.

I have those type of night myself. I usually fix a bowl of cereal or a half a sandwich. We do need to eat something even if we aren't hungry. She is a great daughter in law even if we do have our differences.
