Game Topic : Noob enters team- Which type are you the blamer or the leader ?

In the game world, we often see criticism of players to other players.. This less skilled players are called by a term "noob".. I've been currently playing games like DOTA 2 and LOL , and As far as I know A lot of Asians, specifically Filipinos which are prone to trash-talk/badmouth less skilled people where they label them as "noob" .. This noob mostly have the most death in a game.. And once the game is not in their favor , Mostly the one they blame and criticize with harsh words are the noob.. Which left me a question : Where you not a noob the first time you played it ? Instead of blaming, how about acting like a leader .. Give them support, advise them and guide there every moves.. or better yet don't criticize .. :D
