The above quote gives one an idea of the love for America that Ben Carson shares with many other Americans. The American dream is "the ideal that every US citizen should have an equal opportunity to achieve success and prosperity through hard work, determination, and initiative". (google dictionary). Dr. Carson's book delves into the American dream and reveals the dangers of that dream being lost to our citizens. The book is well-written and easy to follow. It reveals the knowledge and passion of the author, and resonates with me as well as many other Americans. I would give this book a 10 out of 10.
