I usually turn my hard boiled eggs into an egg salad sandwich. Yum!

Hi, my favorite method of making eggs is hard boil, because I find it to be the easiest. I don't have to wash up frying pans and other utensils, just remove the shell.
I used to eat them raw in the past, especially if I wanted to sing well in an amateur choir, of which I was a member!

I like poached. I will eat all egg types though. I am not crazy about sunny side up eggs with the runny yolks though.
