Why do you work overtime? Is it because of the money? Is it because you love your job too much? Is it because you are workaholic? Is it because someone asks you?
I never liked to do overtime, but sometimes I can't help it because there's just so much work to do or my boss requested it in a way that I can't refuse. :(
But every time I decide if I do overtime or not, I will always ask myself this question. Does working overtime help me keep my job and maintain a good relationship with coworkers and with my boss?
If the answer to the above question is Yes, then I will do it even if it is giving me so much stress.
Work stress is something that I can manage. No job is going to be hard for me to handle. :)
How about you guys? How do you decide if you go to overtime or not? What are your reasons why you need to do an overtime?
I am looking forward to your responses on this. :)
Have a lovely weekend.

I work overtime to complete my job and also to earn extra money. Now days the cost of living has gone high, how much ever we control our expenses also we will face shortage of money. So to get extra income we have to work overtime to meet our expenses.
