Two homework assignments done. Now, the big one, a reading case study on Southwest Airlines. Interestingly, I had to fly back from NJ and I flew with them, first time ever. I was actually quite impressed with the airline until we were delayed 3 hours due to fog in Chicago, not fun. I hope everyone is having a great Saturday!!
