What would life be like without social media platforms like Facebook, twitter, and other place. Would people be more interactive with each other in person would it be bad because we couldn't meet new people from miles away. What do you think the changes would be with no social media.Me myself i can take it or leave it at first it was cool but as of today it doesn't matter as much,

I really like your post William. I believe people like to hide behind things and it is hard for them to face people so they go on as many social media places as they can. I go in and out on Facebook these days. I like to see what is going on and check my messages and maybe answer some posts and then go out. I only post things from my blog on twitter. I never ever used it. I spend more time here on My Lot than anywhere else.

There is plus and minus behind social media finding some cool people like in the dating scene that is a plus a minus is people misuse it by thinking its a way to get away with something thanks for your point of view and dropping by i will check your post to get to know u better soon

It would be much different. As people would have to either text or call, which most don't do anymore. Or even worse, they'd have to actually talk IN PERSON

Well if we never had it we wouldn't miss it as we wouldn't know what it is like. That said, we did have it and if it up and disappeared, Id be one lonely person and I'm home just about 24/7 with just a 10 year old. I get to talk to my hubby basically on the weekends and on the phone very little right now. I have also gotten to know some people that I would hate to lose.

You can use social media as you want. You can use them to meet people in the real world. You can use them to keep connected. PD: the title of this post just reminded me of the movie "What if",

Technology came and changed a lot in the way we interact. People do not follow up on old friendships in the same way they did. If you are off the internet, people are worried. People do not think it's normal not to have a facebook account
