It's been a week now I observe that I'm having a lot of falling hairs. Every time I sweep my room's floor, I'm getting a lot of hairs. And it worried me, I check my scalp if I'm getting bald, thank God it's not yet. Do you have this issues? A friend told me I should stop using conditioner because sometimes it the cause. But I can't let go of conditioner because it makes my hair soft and shiny. Any recommendations?

@JustBhem Yes, I find plenty of hair in the comb, this happens from years, but I still have thick hair.

@JustBhem This is my opinion, the hair has a life cycle from 2 to 7 years and it's normal to lose around 80 hair per day.

My hair is falling out. I need to switch my Biotin and hopefully that'll work.

A year ago people said that if you're going to use the horse shampoo, it'll work, I'm not sure if it's true ..haha

I have a long hair and falling hair seems normal to me now. The brush is always full of hair every time I brush my hair. I used shampoo with aloe vera and no conditioner.

I too face the same problem. Applying Fenugreek ,reduces hair fall. It is really works. I have tried it.

@JustBhem Its not a shampoo. you have to grind fenugreek into a fine paste and apply it all over your hair..

Perhaps you can try to use the hair shampoo which doesn't contain the silicon.

I don't have recommendations but I'm experiencing it too. I have naturally thin hair and I'm losing it by the handfuls. I'm worried too. =(

Is there a way for us to get rid of it? They said coconut shampoo will work.

I don't use conditioners. It spoils hair. I oil hair one hour before wash and sometimes apply curd and egg..

Use natural aloe vera extract, the fresh one. This is so effective.

Scrub your hair with coco oil then shampoo it, rinse well to stop the hair fall.

I noticed it too; at the bathroom floor. Am also worried because my hair would be thin. I tried to apply some aloe vera gel; (from fresh aloe vera leaf) maybe it can help.
