When it comes to losing valuables, one of my brother is not as lucky as I am.
Last Saturday, one of my older brother attended the card day of my niece and both of them went up to the stage for my niece was one of the top students in her class.
But something happened after that.
He accidentally left his phone on my niece's classroom then when he get back, the phone wasn't there already, the phone he just got from the telecommunications company where he upgraded his postpaid plan.
My older brother seems to the same thing, having his valuables lost. From his wallet(twice) to some money in the taxi.
With regards to his lost phone, he had tried calling the phone but it is not ringing anymore, somehow we knew there is no chance of getting it back, so he had called the company and had them notified.
After our conversation he said this..."It is better to have the phone go, for he can replace it, than worrying with the health of his kids".
We are indeed siblings, same outlook in life.
Thinking more of the best, on those things we called "blessing in disguise".
*******************
By the way, when he lost his wallet in taxi when he was applying for promotion(this is another brother of mine), he found new angels. Strangers that gave him money for fare, got new friends and after a month, he was promoted.

I have been there before when I have lost things. Many times you may not know why it happened like it did, but usually in the end it works out for the Best. Now I just try and be a little more cautious.

The person who picked your brother's phone must have thought it as an answered prayer.

It makes us feel so bad when losing something, but forget it later when new blessings come in return, just like what you said.
