I guess there are different ways we all season our meats, chicken and fish when we want to cook or make them. I season my own meat or chicken with onions, thyme, curry, maggi, salt and l sometimes add garlic. How do you season your meat, chicken, pork or fish?

We prepare curry with onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger and we add Indian spices like cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and turmeric in it.

I don't know what you mean by seasoning here. I marinate the chicken with curd, red chilli, salt, turmeric, and Ginger garlic paste

Marinating is when we add a dressing, sauce or spices to meat or vegetables and let it sit for some time before cooking to let it absorb the flavors and Seasoning is adding of spices, salt or pepper to any dish before, while or after cooking to enhance it's taste.

I use a little salt, pepper and usually granulated garlic. I can never get enough garlic. One time my husband told me I smelled like garlic. I cut back some after that.

@Lizirazo I would use it on everything if it didn't make me smell so bad. I cut back for the other people around me. If I don't have to go out I will use more.

I marinate my chicken and fish with red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and a bit of curd when I marinate for chicken. For fish, I don't add curd to marinate, rest spices I add.
