Yeah, I understand that there are people that are not happy despite their wealth, that's because they are already the slave of money. So yeah, We should think always that money is just a material and we should not praise money instead we should control the money.

I think you can be happy without a lot of money but you do need some money to take care of your needs. It just depends on how much money it takes to make you happy.

I think money is needed to survive but I think love is happiness personally. I would not be happy without my husband and kids-even with a million dollars in my hand...

If you take into account that money is only a conceptual idea, then yes, it can buy you happiness.

What you are willing to exchange for your happiness is a form of payment. As a relationship, be it a friend, a co-worker, a lover or a loved one requires a certain level of vested interest from your actions as a way of payment for their time, vice versa.
