Best ways to reduce writer's block

Some days I wake up feeling very blank not knowing what to write about and for the whole day, I feel very lazy to log in or even what to do any writing.More like the spirit is willing but the body is weak. How can this block be reduced or totally eliminated?Do you experience this too?

Yes sometimes, but well I just do other things like playing games then ill go back writing, just to not get bored.

I balance my work and leisure, so I just give a break myself. Then slowly I get back to do what I feel like - siva
