I am almost over this sinus infection. I am also on day 2 of the Align probiotic. I am getting back into probiotics to help me again. Do you take a probiotic? If so, does it help you and if so how?
I am waiting to go to the school in a couple hours to pick up my son and then go with my husband shopping and pay bills. I am trying to stay warm now that the weather is fall-like. I miss my warmth lol. Not much to say right now but later.

I've taken probiotics for gastrointestinal problems like bloating etc; Not sure if they worked very well for me but I know there healthy.

No I don't take that. I have a bad cold and cough now. I gargle with warm salt water. Hope you get over your sinus infection.

A sinus infection is miserable, glad to hear you are doing better. No, I have never taken probiotics before.
