I kind of feel the opposite. I had the endless sunshine..I like cool, dark nights.

@snowy22315 I don't mind the cool but I need the light. All of the darkness affects my depression.

Yep, a couple of times I visited Alaska in August and it was still light at 11 PM. I am not sure what time it is getting dark there now.

In the summer it didn't get dark til 8 and completely at 830. Now its dark by 630 7 here too

It starts to get dark here around 7 and by 7:30 it is completely dark.

That is the truth. Especially within Mi. I was so afraid to put clothes on the line. Of course, I needed to fold more than hanging so it seemed to be alright for now.

Its all the way dark at 7 pm, I went out expecting an hour to work but all I got was 45 minutes before I could not see. I am not a fan of the early darkness.

I don;t think we have total darkness at 7 but certainly by 7:30 it is. I don't like to drive in the dark.

In the Chicago area the sun sets at 6:40 pm, I just hate that and in a month or so we turn the clocks back another thing I hate. I wish they would stop doing that.

I am not really sure when it gets light here,,,because I am in bed..maybe 6:30 or 7 AM.
