Snoopy Mystery video? Or is it a commic strip?

Ok, I have been looking for a snoopy video that has charlie's little sister ice skating as well as snoopy training patty. I have found a few that matches with this, the amazing world's skater...but I tried to research this even further as it seems that this could be a comic strip. There is also Happy Snow days.
I am not sure what title it is except that it was made within 1876. Now, the only reason why I am wondering from other people who are movie alcoholics like I am as well as snoopy fans because a friend wants it for a gift. So, I am just taking up upon any insight that anyone can give me.

Thanks. Don't feel bad I have heard so many people researched it that no one can find the decent title just that they remember Lisa skating. But I appreciate the comment.
