PLAN because if you don't plan you are planning to fail and if you fail you will be stressed.

First is be optimistic. In that way, you can only attract happiness and positivity. Thinking of negativity attracts sadness and stress.
Second is live your life to the fullest. Do as much as you can the things that can make you happy and comfortable.
Third. Love what you're doing. For instance your job, a lot of people are being stressed it's because of their job. Just embrace what you have in life and you'll enjoy it.
Last, have a healthy lifestyle. Taking care of yourself would definitely prevent you from being stressed. Eating good foods like fruits and vegetable will help you feel relaxed when you're stressed as well.
