Here are some songs that use a job as part of the title. Do you recall the name of the songs and artists? There is a little twist with all of the songs. See if you know what the songs have in common. Listen to this sample video/song to get the first clue and common theme of the music trivia: Here are your clues: 1. Moon Martin originally recorded the song in 1978. This artists version recorded a year later reached #14 on the U.S. charts. The song was nominated for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance at the grammy awards. In a 1988 commercial, a cellist has a bad case of loving Dr. Pepper and rocks out to the song. You might know this artists from his MTV videos which were very successful. It showed the artist singing with an all female backing group behind him. 2. This was the artists first single. David Crosby and Graham Nash sang harmony vocals. The album was released on Asylum records which was owned by David Geffen. Nash actually recommended this tune to Geffen as one to put out as a single. This artist also recorded a song "Take It Easy" that was a popular hit by The Eagles. You might know this artist by his initials J.B. 3. This track is off the "Quadrophenia" album. This song is about the album's main character who is a Mod. The song paints a picture of this youngster whose basically hit rock bottom, dragged down by drugs, drink, and apathy. This record gave the main character a 4-way personality which is reflected in parts of each band member. This tune uses the central character's name as part of the title. Name that tune! Bonus for naming the correct artists/band and what all the titles have in common. Quick recap: 1. Cellist has a bad case of loving Dr. Pepper (me too,ha) 2. Artists first single. Recorded a song which was a big Eagles hit. 3. Song from Quadrophenia album. Song title uses the main character's name depicted in the group's record. Appeciate all who participate and you know what I say...as always, thanks for playing! Hope these songs brought back a pleasant memory for some...Use those clues folks!!!! *Bio info from Wikipedia and songfacts.com Photo- Music.jpg/Google images

Okay, ahem, I am going to make a total nana of myself again, David, but I only know the first artist is Robert Palmer and the song is "Bad Case of Loving you". Dr. Livingstone and "Doctor Doctor" is in "Bad Case" so the common theme...well, Doctors. :)

Jackson co-wrote “Take It Easy,” so he was entitled to record it too.

Absolutely, part of that Country Rock California sound, along with Poco. In the Eagles documentary they said Jackson, Frey and Henley lived in the same pad at one time.
