Never go vegan without easing into it. vegan is very very hard on your body if you don't do it right. If you want an easy process start with a Pescetarianism diet (which is just fish) then vegetarian, and if you can handle that, they try vegan. Vegan isn't the healthiest, no matter what people say, it does take a toll on your both. Being vegan you have to eat more to keep from getting sick because the meals do not satiate the body. Vegetarian though is much easier and many many meals are super delicious and a lot better for your body.

@avi256 vegan you don't have anything that comes from an animal, no cheese, no milk, no eggs, butter, geletins, and even honey! Vegetarian still has those, well, not eggs obviously but yeah, going vegan is very hard to do if you just start there. That is why I suggest start off easy, because a lot of people will get sick if you just start off going vegan.

Avinash,
Good advice here--I feel that if I am not ready to fully commit that I would just give up on it anyway, you know?

@JoeMilford Do not go for vegan all the way, instead you can gradually try to shift towards it.
I mean the transition should not make you feel tempted.

I always believe that every living organism has right to live.. of course we can’t live breathing air so then we should make best choice out of what our surroundings provide us! If not vegan being vegetarian is always a good choice! I one don’t have to struggle with the guilt of killing animals just for food .. go green always a good option available to everyone and of course one of the healthiest choice!

I agree with your thought being a vegetarian myself, but there is also a theory that as humans are naturally omnivores and as a result we have more than 50 percent population of world eating non veg as well.
I completely relate to what you said, but somewhere I know that it is not practically possible.

Every thing has its own pros and cons. But you should decide for yourself whether you want to be a vegan or not.

@JoeMilford Did she also shift to being vegan recently.
If she did, ask her how did she accomplish this?

You can try first for a period of time, if cannot then stick to your diet.

Being a Vegan is not for everybody. If you try it and not like it; you can always go back to eating your cheeseburger,
