Each time I tried to access any site that requires my login details.If I fill in the information, a page will pop your asking if I want google to help me save my passwords. I have not grant such pemision. Have you encountered such before?

No, but my browsers sometimes asks me. I usually decline unless it is a site that I feel like doesn't need as much protection, and I am willing to take the risk.
