Custody of the kids after a divorce

Divorce as never a way out for me when it comes to disputes among couples.I prefer the try to work things out but when the center can still do not hold, well a divorce is imminent.And law-suits are instigated and the children involved in the union need to be given out to one of the couples.Who do you think, is the best fit for the custody of the children? For me, I think it should be the woman but you see men struggle for this custody and often times they do a bad job of it.In your opinion who should have the kids?

Depends with how old the kids are. If they are very young i think the mother should be given custody.

Depends on the kids in the situation I'm going through a divorce right now and I am at home mom and my oldest is all enough to decide where to go sit she's daddy's little princess she decided to stay with dad and signed a piece of paper she has a sister and sister wants to stay with her so I didn't feel like fighting him and I let the sister stay with her sister I couldn't separate the siblings I didn't have the heart also they get to stay in the same school zone with their friends so sometimes it's best for everyone and not just the kids
