Do you receive many unsolicited commercial calls through your mobile phone?

It is harassing to receive many unsolicited commercial calls in mobile phones. Do you receive such calls most often? Does it not result in wastage of your valuable time? How do you address to such problems?

i have never recieved any commercial calls on my mobile phone! theres not really anyone who get that in my country! I don't know if it's because it's illigal or something!
