I was just checking my voicemail and got a message saying that I was being investigated for tax evasion fraud and that an arrest warrant has been issued for my arrest. I have no idea what their talking about. Has anyone gotten these kind of messages before?

This is a scam. The IRS will never call you. They will send you something in the mail and let you know that way on what is going on.

@jolietjake posted a discussion about the same scam just yesterday!
Oh, wait...that's Internal. But anyway, yeah. Seems an audit of my account (I don't know what account, they didn't specify) turned up some...

It seems to be a really common scam lately. @JolietJake posted about this particular scam and how he dealt with them. Oh, and JJ put the phone number on his facebook page and told us all to call and ask for Officer John.

Ita just some of the way for some comopanies to steal money from you. That you need to call them and they will do an investigation that cost a dollar here and there to clear your name and to prevent it for happening again.

I got a call like that but not for me and it was a scam. Told me to act fast or else they'll be arrested and to send them money.
