Experience of travelling alone in flight for the first time

Has anyone travelled alone in flight when you were a child? I have travelled alone in flight when I was 10 years old. It was the first time. I usually travel with my parents, but they could not make it that day, as they had some urgent work and postponed their travel. I was accompanied by a staff of the airport who took me to the immigration counter.. I did not know anything and was totally blank, but the airport staff was really good. She helped me ,took my visa ,and passport and came with me to the counter ,then she put my bag in luggage.She really helped me a lot.

Yes , I went during my vacations . When I arrived at the airport my grandparents, uncle ,aunt and cousins had come to the airport to receive me...

my first flight was with my parents - I wa 16 then - flown alone as an adult and loved it each time

I haven't experince that before ,but I guess for you it was a good experience but was risky.Can't do that to my daughter.
