Pineapple-filled Cookies

I made pineapple tarts, or pineapple- filled cookies today. Here in my country they are known as Nastar Cookies. Pineapple tarts refers to small, bite-size pastries filled with or topped with pineapple jam. They are one of my favorites. They are quite simple to make as I only need to wrap the pineapple jam with the dough. I really like them. Mine have crumbly and melt in mouth texture. Have you ever tried this kind of cookies? Or, have you ever made cookies by yourself? The picture is my homemade pineapple tarts
