Finally got the item I bought online :)

After 10 long days of waiting for the package, I finally got the dress and bag I ordered online The dress and the bag looks good but honestly, I am not that happy of the quality of the material used in the bag.
I really thought it's a leather bag or something with a very good material and sewing of the bag because it's original price is very expensive and I got it only for a discounted price. I'm feeling lucky by that time coz the bag is on sale but unfortunately...it didn't meet my expectations. I;m so disappointed that I rated the seller with a 2 star only and state my explanations in the comment box.

my son once bought online a netbook. when it arrived, my son immediately opened it but then, it cannot be switched on. right there and then, my son sent a letter/notice to the online store for prompt return and reimbursement of his payment.
no questions asked, my son got his money back.

@renicemae it is Lazada. the netbook was not working on the same day my son received it. now, my son bought a laptop in a store here and he already paid it in full about 6 months ago.

Then that is good to hear. It's nice that the seller returned the money coz some sellers don't accept return or refund like the seller of the items I just bought.

it's the same with buying from brochures. sometimes the color isn't the same or the size is the problem or the material.
the bag is really pretty, but you say it might not be sturdy enough for your stuff. how big is it, and what sort of stuff do you usually carry?

I have no problem with it's appearance. My only concern is the quality of material used in the bag. I always worry that it will tear whenever my bag is heavy (which always is).

that is the reason why I don't engage myself too much in online buying. You cannot check the quality of the product and sometimes we refer only to the photo presented.

Yeah. This is the risk of buying online. I better buy in stores next time so that I can check the quality of the item I'll buy.

Vat least you get your items right, my husband got the wrong item and asked us to return ot, but my husband told them to exchange it with the right product and we dont have plans to wait again, after 15 days we got it and we return the wrong item to them.

Good but 15 days is a long wait too. Sellers should give discounts to every wrong item they send to their buyers.

I also bought the item because of its pretty to look at. Well, I have no problem with its appearance, the quality of the material is what I'm disappointed of thinking that the original price is very expensive.

It is one of the problems with buying online, you can not inspect well the product if it meets your standards for quality.

Yeah. they make the picture really attractive so that many buyers will eye on it. they should also take pictures of the actual item too.

It's the material used in the bag. It's very thin, the zippers were not durable and the sewing is not clean. I already cut some of the excess.
