Most of the time I eat like a bird, so very little and very light. But if I am depressed...I just want to live in the fridge.

I can't eat large meals. Even when there is a holiday I eat small portions.

I eat just enough to feel satisfied. I don't overeat . Also I don't have food if I am not hungry ,that time I skip food. Some days I feel very hungry, those days I have food nicely. Some people overeat which is not a good habit. Our stomach has a capacity .

Like a normal person....so then I don't think I'm normal then lol jk. I eat a lot like a monster but forcefully probably because I'm one of those who hate leaving food behind lol. I feel like I made people waste their cooking for no reason but yea, I should really know when it's enough.

So, I don't eat a lot in one sitting, but give me a time out and I'll be back for more. I am a constant nibbler.

Lol. That's an interesting topic. If the food is tasty, I eat like a binge monster!!!! If food tastes bad, then it's ant-eating style. If the food tastes ok, then it's normal person style.

I eat like a monster. My stomach competes with the fridge to see which can hold more food. It's not that I pig out for the sake of it, I am always hungry. What's normal for me is a feast for another person which explain me eating enough food to feed a family. Particularly the family size frozen dinners that serve between 5 and 7 people, or me. Out eating families and spending more on food than my bills is my normal of which I will gladly accept. Now if you will excuse me, I am hungry (again) lol.
