What Are Your Sleeping Habits Like?

How would you describe your sleep, and your sleeping habits? How many hours of sleep do you get each night? Well, when I sleep there are nights were I wake up in the middle of the night. Let me share with everyone my sleep schedule and for the record I'm up now at 4:14 am typing this post. Okay! I try to sleep, I can't sleep, I just don't sleep, I eventually pass out and get only 3 hours of sleep or just don't sleep. I do get to sleep I don't wake up until there is something important:-). Now it's your turn to share your sleeping habits. Do you get the full 8 hours of sleep?

I average 4-6 hours on a good night. I believe the last time I got 8 solid hours of sleep I was perhaps a toddler many decades ago.

I have a hard time trying to fall asleep. I try to go to bed early thinking that eventually I will fall asleep. Lately I have been getting up 3 times during the night to go to the bathroom before the alarm goes off and then there are times I am so tired I sleep good.

Did you know that sleeping early in the evening leads to loss of sleep in the middle of the night? Try to sleep as from 11 to 12 midnight and you will see a change.

I sleep at 12 o clock at night. I get good sleep . I wake by 7 am . I don't sleep in the afternoon. Yes I get eight hours of sleep everyday..

I also have a problem with loosing sleep in the middle of the night. It happens mostly at 2.30am and i stay awake for about 1 to 2hrs. I would say i sleep for 5 hours.

I have a problem sleeping and am trying not to take sleeping pills as it will become a habit. I sometimes dont get sleep till past midnight, At times I wake up and then find it difficult to get back to sleep again. It becomes very difficult to concentrate on my work during the day as I dont get a chance to sleep.

My fitness tracker tracks my sleeping hours so I have been more conscious. No tech or gadgets for me an hour before i sleep and no TV at least two hours before I sleep.

I am usually on here until I go to bed at 2am. I get up at 9 or 10am. I am retired so I can do this. Before retiring I worked from 4am-1pm. I lived an hour away from work so I had to get up at 2am to take a shower and then leave the house at 3am. Weird but I liked it.

I sleep 6 to 7 hours average. Mostly I sleep at 11.30 pm at night and I wake by 6 am everyday. On weekends I do sleep in the afternoon too.

For me, Its perhaps a bit different. I understand maintaining a regularity and a proper way is necessary but perhaps because of my job, and all. Its not at all possible for me to follow a sleeping rule. In general I sleep for around 6 hrs, but there are days when i can only take naps for an hour or two. But as for the 8 hours sleep, never did I got that, if my childhood could be omitted.
