i recommend joomla, my company uses it. and its great. no doubt. accurate, and stable. Just visit joomla.org, joomlaconstructor.com, ojotemplates.com

First I would recomend you and your friends to visit opensourcecms.com, it is a wonderful site , full of resources on cms. Next, It is difficult to tell without knowing exactly what kind of business you want to start. Every business has it own needs. But I am sure that opensourcecms will help you.
