Do you keep a journal?

I have a goal journal and I have a gratitude journal. I like to keep a journal because it helps you stay focused on your goals. It's said that you get what you focus on. What kind of journal do you have?

I have a journal, it is only a daily journal where I write what I did during the day. I am no more young, so I have decided not to set goals anymore.

@MoonMaa I am already doing things that I like. I have traveled a lot in the past, now I am happy to travel to places closest to our home. There are so many beautiful things to visit here without the need to engage in a long travel.

@LadyDuck I understand what you are saying. It's like that here in Michigan. There are a lot places to visit. I would like to visit some of them myself.

You don't have anything you would like to do? You don't have to be young to have dreams. Is there somewhere you would like to travel to? Or something fun you would like to do? Or something you would like to do for someone else like a friend?

I love journaling. I'm going to get a law of attraction journal. Journals help me keep my goals in the forefront. It's so easy to get distracted these days. A journal keeps me focused.

I don't keep a journal any more. First, I don't have so much time to write it. Today I can still mark down something important by my social networking. Second, I am afraid that others will find my journal. It is better not to keep it any more.

A journal doesn't have to be about your private life. It can be for your goals and your dreams.

I think it is good to have your goals written down. I'm sure it does help you focus.

Yes I do have when I was a kid, but right now instead of having a journal, I directly write to Jesus, and tell him how my days went. Hehehe and start complaining, asking and then pray, hope and have faith again.

I don't have any, and I think if I do I probably won't be updating it very regularly anyway, which kind of defeats the purpose of having one, I guess.
