Usually it is hard to back work after a long vacation.
But everyone's hard work deserves rewards.
No matter you've met with the difficulties, you still need to face them. Smile, but not means OK.
Bad things came, smile towards them. Hard, but try to overcome. Couldn't explain what are the troubles came to me, just not quite feel well.
Want to fine one channel to let gloomy mood out.
If you came with troubles or difficulties, what will you do or how do you choose to cheer up?

I like to watch a comedy on TV hoping it will cheer up. I also like to listen to music and sing along in my off key voice to hope that will help cheer me up. I also like to read.

Not everything that goes wrong can be cheered up. Sometimes it takes days to get over something.. but i try music, shopping and favorite tv shows

We all face difficulties but it's not worst compares to other people out there. It's a good thing I good some movies or series to watch to calm myself and smile when ever i have a bad mood or day.

I would do something relaxing or something that can lift my mood. Maybe take a nap, or talk to my best friends. Most of the time though, the miserable feeling goes away with time.

Dealing with troubles is quite tough but as you finish dealing with one of your troubles you would feel better. For me, I deal with it by focusing on the solution and not the problem. I'll be optimistic no matter how hard life is. Also if needed, I'll seek help to others.
