Rushing always and have limited time to eat, that is really a problem. The good thing is the availability of ready-to-eat foods. Such as canned goods for fish and beef and the the sachet like the local dishes like afritada, mechado, adobo and even the bopis, pinapaitan among others.
Now, not only the big companies are doing it because even local people are learning packing of foods as ready to eat.
So when its lunchtime and didn't have the time to cook, run to nearest sari-sari store and buy fish in can or beef in sachet.

especially during dinner when you are so exhausted and stress and there's no food available, fastmeal is the answer.

That is very convenient. I remember many years back ramen-in-the-cup was the most popular one but there weren't too many choices. Now there are all kinds of ready-to-eat food in the stores.

With regards to that ready to eat packed foods, the only viands I see that's similar was in Goldilocks. But there are also good canned foods in the store where I could some over there. But the ones in the goldilocks were expensive.

Yeah, there's Goldilocks just near our station and I find it expensive so I would rather go to the nearby toro-toro where I can buy fastmeal in cheaper price, but if I have money, once in a while I go for that packed fastmeal.

Yes, ready to eat food helps us save us from hanger pangs. However, I prefer to have home cooked food and would rarely go for ready to eat food packets.

I try to prepare my meals in advance but it isn't always the case. The ready-to-eat food are good but not exactly healthy.

Yeah, this is a product presented during techno-food bazaar, I think these are kind of fish and other fruits that can be fermented or preserved in salt.

@ilocosboy right, and if it is a success then it will be a business for the ones who prepared these homemade dishes.

Oh yeah I can relate to that and I can say no one can equal the taste and the love of homecook. But of course sometimes we need to run to this food especially when we are moving in the rushing world.

I've never been a big fan of ready to eat foods, we only get them when don't have that much money. I wonder if packaged ready to eat foods are better than canned. Hmm, still it is good to have when you have limited time.
