Have you made an appointment and forgotten about it and you were called about it?

I did not pay attention because of our holiday and did not check my diary that I put appointments in. The appointment was yesterday. The person just called me not too long ago and I apologized but I believe she was angry. That is not like me but I guess my brain is on vacation. Has that happened to you that you forgot to go somewhere and then they called you up and you had to reschedule and they did not accept your apology? I rescheduled for a day I have a doctor appointment and so should not forget because they are on the way to my doctor.

Back when I was starting some personal training sessions in a previous gym that I attended, I missed my sessions twice because I either forgot about it or I thought I was booked for a different time.

@Hannihar I was the one who availed of these sessions so it was the trainer that had to wait. Both times, I got excused and I manage to take these sessions at a different time. Of course, I made sure to attend.

It hasn't happened often but I did remember forgetting my medical appointment once, lucky I didn't have any problem rescheduling it.

@Hannihar Maybe you can set a reminder on your phone next time. That's what I do and I set the reminder alert to pop up on my screen the day before and a few hours before.

My doctor appointments the clinic would call on occasion and say the doctor was not in and have to reschedule and I was disappointed or someone made an appointment for me for the doctor and I was not on the list or he was not there and I was not happy, so we rescheduled. I guess what bothered me is that I am very good about appointments and so got more angry at myself for forgetting.

Cahaya, I am not fluent in my phone so do not know how to do that and I turn off my phone when not in use to save on the battery even though I charge it at home. Thanks though.

I happen to me one time.
I supposed to deliver the item from a customer when I forgot about it.
She called me and was asking if I scammed her. Dang. That was crazy.
I told her I forgot about because I was pre-occupied of my deliveries.
I thank God for she called me.

Me too. I forgot about an appointment with my doctor but no one called. I went the next day and had to book again.

@Hannihar It was. Another nurse even scolded me. I had nothing to say that day. But I am glad it is now in the past and I hope it never happens again

The only thing I ever forgot was a dinner party I responded to that I had intended to go to. However, I wrote it in my calendar on the wrong date. My husband and I were having dinner in our nightclothes when we received the reminder call. I had to tell the truth. I felt so badly.

It happen to me as well, I was so excited to go to a beach on this island with my officemates that I forgot that I made a previous commitment on the same date. Fortunately she called a reschedule for she had another apointment, if not it would be a very big problem for the boat that took us on the island will only fetch us at 4PM.
