Are women better managers?

They say "behind every successful man there is a woman" I took a thought at this simple proverb and started to believe that women are better magers right from the word go.Every resposibility asigned to them is done in a perfect way.If the resposibility is not done to the required standard , they are very quick to correct the mess and most of all apologize for the mess.They work under very minimal supervison.What I can say they have all qualities of a good manager;they manage their work flawlessly.
What's your observation?

I'm going to have to disagree with you on many of your points. I believe that you are making very broad generalizations. I've had managers that were men that were great but I've also had some horrible ones. When it comes to women managers it's no different, there are good ones and bad ones and gender does not dictate your ability to manage an effective team.

I agree with Joshua here because I do not think that there is a big difference in ability when talking about genders as a whole. There are good and bad managers of both genders.
