I'm in a rundown motel in Tucson, Arizona. This morning I drove through fog, frost nipping the air an hour before I headed out to the airport.
This evening I stepped into 90 degree desert heat. We ate at Panera Bread restaurant for supper. I hope to never do that again. I had a small kiddie sized bowl of mac and cheese for supper. Sure not a way to give my body nutrition. We headed to the grocery store. I bought a tub of hummus and wheat bread and grapes. Daughter gave me unsweetened cashew milk and granola.
I will survive! Tomorrow I plan to step into the motel's pool and later find some greens and explore, explore, explore.

Why did you choose Panera Bread?

@JohnRoberts Good question. Daughter doesn't eat in restaurants much. This was the closest restaurant that she could find- she was battling traffic, too.
